Root To Crown's story begins on the island of Kauai where I moved to as a young massage therapist looking to strengthen my skills. Working in spas I often used different products in my massage sessions only to find they were filled with less than desirable additives and fragrances.

These additives aren't the best for our bodies and affect many people with skin sensitivities in negative ways including myself. While on Kauai I found myself eventually living on an off the grid community. It was there I learned about various forms of plant medicine including uses for essential oils.

I began to dive deep into the concept of creating handcrafted salves and essential oil blends that did not have ingredients with names I could not pronounce and fake fragrances that often gave me headaches. After a move back to the mainland and more research I began a long process of formulating salves and essential oil blends that not only smell great but have beneficial uses for the body and mind.

After seeing how much my products were helping friends and family alike I decided to take my hobby to the next level and share it with the world. Thus Root To Crown was born. A culmination of passion, drive, and hunger for creating quality products and pleasant experiences.

All of my products are handcrafted in small batches with high quality ingredients or as I like to say
“made with love and a little magic”.
